M25 Driving - Road: Brighton is 45 minutes from the M25 via the M23A23, with dual carriageway all the way. To reach Charlotte Street follow signs for City Centre and Seafront then, approaching Brighton Pier, keep to left lane and follow sign to Rottingdean. Drive along Marine Parade as far as red brick Lanes Hotel' where the left turn is Charlotte Street. Brighton Pavilions is half way up, on the right. We are in Zone C Parking Control Scheme with Guest Permits available for pre-purchase at £8.50 for 24 hours.London by Train - Train: There are regular rail services from London Victoria via East Croydon and from Bedford via Luton, Kings Cross and London Bridge. From Scotland, the North West and the Midlands there are direct intercity services.
