Located in the centre of Brighton, this unique arty boutique guest house has individually designed rooms with original artwork and an eclectic style. South facing rooms have fabulous sea-views. Housed in a Grade II listed Regency town house in Brighton's historic Regency Square, the quirky bedrooms are complemented by amenities including free Wi-Fi, flat screen satellite TV, a private bathroom and teacoffee making facilities. Rooms are located over four floors and are accessed by stairs. Some rooms are accessible via a lift which is operated between 8am to 9am. A cooked breakfast is available in the Gallery, which showcases the work of local and national artists as part of the frequent exhibitions on display. Artist Residence is just 2 minutes walk from Brighton's famous pebbled beach. There are a number of excellent restaurants, bars and shops nearby. Brighton Rail Station is 10 minutes walk away. By Car:- Take the A23.- Exit following the signs towards Brighton town centre.- Upon reaching the roundabout by The Brighton Pier, take the third exit heading west along the seafront on the Kings Road.- Directly opposite The West Pier is Regency Square. The Artist Residence is situated at the top of the square with a purple door. The square is well sign posted from the seafront - please follow signs for NCP car park.By Train:The residence is a 15 minute walk from Brighton station.
