With its setting on one of Brighton's finest squares and with breathtaking views of the seafront and the spectral West Pier, George IV Guesthouse is an ideal place to stay to get a true flavour of Brighton. Close to dozens of restaurants and bars, and a short walk from the city's theatre, conferencing and nightlife quarters, not to mention the beach out front, it's perfect whether you're here on business or pleasure. Half of our rooms have wonderful views across the square to the sea, including the gorgeous balcony room for a spot of pure indulgence (not available on LateRooms, sorry!). By Car:- Take the A23.- Exit following the signs towards Brighton town centre.- Upon reaching the roundabout by The Brighton Pier, take the third exit heading west along the seafront on the Kings Road.- Directly opposite The West Pier is Regency Square. The Artist Residence is situated at the top of the square with a purple door.
