This is a beautifully designed and restored award winning boutique guest house offering all the comforts and high service standards of the bighotels, but in a very relaxed and stylish environment. Superb location, just into the trendy Kemp Town side of Brighton, about 200m from Brighton Pier and the beach (views of both from our Superior Rooms) and only 3 mins walkfrom the Lanes or the Royal Pavilion. Rooms are styled in white with exciting works of contemporary art adding to the designer feel. All rooms are ensuite and have flat TVs (most with Freeview), DVD and CD players (anda free library to borrow discs from), fluffy white bathrobes, free slippers.Continental room service breakfast in bed is included as standard, and comes with Bloody Mary or Champagne at weekends! We accept check-ins between 2pm and 8pm Monday to Friday, and 2pm to 6pm Saturdays and Sundays, by appointment in each case. And remember, our check out time is 12 noon, so you can still be having breakfast in bed long after most other places are checking (or chucking?) their guests out!Nineteen offers a choice of room types, including a very special one with its own private hot tub in a small adjoining courtyard!We can commend and book a selection of restaurants, bars and clubs across Brighton and Hove, some of which offer special incentives to Nineteen's guests.

Follow the A23 right down to seafront and take 1st left at roundabout in front of the Palace Pier. Take 1st left into Manchester Street, turn right at the end onto St. James' Street, then 2nd right into Broad Street. Nineteen is halfway down on the left.
