The Beach Hotel together with the Regency Restaurant date back to early 1828's when the restaurant was Lawson and Son jewellery shop and the hotel was St. Alban's Hotel. In 1930 Lawson and Son jewellery shop became the Regency Restaurant and the hotel was renamed The Beach Hotel. The Beach Hotel has recently been refurbished to a high standard yet still in-keeping with the Regency era.In the dining area you can enjoy a full English or a continental breakfast, while enjoying the view over the Brighton promenade and the British Channel. Directions

DIRECTIONS TO THE BEACH HOTELBY CAR: From the M25 motorway: Exit at Junction 7 onto the M23 south. Continue on the M23 onto the A23. Follow signs to Brighton and on reaching the town, follow signs for the seafront. Turn right into the Kings RoadA259 (seafront road) and you'll find Regency Square and the Beach Hotel situated directly opposite the grand West Pier. From the South WestExeter: Follow the A30 to Honington and join the A35 passing Dorchester turning onto the A31. Take the A31 onto the M27 continuing onto the A27 all the way to Brighton. Follow signs for Brighton seafront, turn on Kings RoadA259 (seafront road) and you'll find Regency Square and The Beach Hotel directly opposite the grand West Pier. Please note: we do not have a car park however there is an NCP car park in Regency Square opposite the hotel. The cost of the parking has to be settled directly with the car park and is not included in your room rate. BY TRAIN: Walking from the train station will take approximately 15 minutes. From the train station, head south towards the sea, straight down Queens Road, which at the Clock Tower becomes West Street. At the seafront turn right on Kings Road which is the main seafront road where to your left you can see the famous Brighton Pier and to your right, the old West Pier. Regency Square and the Beach Hotel are directly opposite the West Pier. A taxi from the train station would be approximately £6.00.
